In 1,000-1,500 words, do the following:
Describe the way that Virginia Woolf’s essay “Professions for Women” expresses important values and concepts of gender theory.
Analyze a short poem or excerpt of one of the works by women we have read (Mill on the Floss, Sonnets from the Portuguese) to evaluate the way it exemplifies or does not exemplify two or more tenets of gender theory.
For this assignment, be sure to cite at least two outside sources for gender theory criticism, besides the textbook.
