Object of Analysis (300 words): Thus far we have discussed various theoretical and practical approaches to managing organizations, communicating within organizations, and joining or leaving organizations. In your first analysis paper you should identify an organization to which you are a member, this could include a place where you work during the summer, an internship or co-op you’ve held, or a club that you are a part of. Explain what the organization does, what its goals are, and what your role within the organization is or was. 
Theory (150 words): In your own words, define ‘organizational culture’ and how it is created. 
Application & Analysis (400 words):  Apply the concept of culture to the organization you have identified, showing your understanding of the material through strong examples. Incorporate vocabulary and concepts as helpful (e.g., why culture is important, prescriptive vs. descriptive culture). What makes this a strong culture or a weak culture?
Conclusion (150 words): Based on this analysis, is culture truly ambiguous? Is culture emergent? Is culture complicated?
