Analysis of an Educational Criticism

Analyze the reading above using the following guidelines. For this exercise it is not necessary to be overly concerned with format. Instead, the focus here should be to dig deeply into the criticism, pull it apart, and examine each of its four dimensions described by Eisner in chapter 5. Depending on the piece you choose and how to best use this analysis to help you understand how to build a criticism, you might choose to focus on a particular section of your reading, or you might choose to use small examples from different sections. Make it work for you. The only non-negotiable is APA citations to avoid plagiarism.
Provide 3-4 examples of each dimension and a brief explanation of your understanding of it as such. What makes you think it is an example of that dimension (3-5 sentences)?
· Description – the “what”
· Interpretation – the “why” or “how”
· Evaluation – the assessment of quality
· Thematics – the takeaway
