I would like a review / proposal on the following:
– Immune cell (PBMC / PMN) separation from whole blood
– Immune cell (PBMC / PMN) stimulation by incubating these cells with post-exercise serum / plasma. It *must* specifically be autologous incubation.
If you need more specifics, the goal here is incubating pre-exercise immune cells with post-exercise serum / plasma which are more rich in pro-inflammatory cytokines.
