You will notice the photograph of a spider and egg sac. Imagine that you are a psychotherapist working from a Freudian approach (psychodynamic). Your patient says to you, “I had a dream last night where I was in the store, and I saw this decoration. I felt anxious and ran out of the store. Then I work up.” The client draws a picture that looks just like the image. How would you explore the significance of the dream image?
