As a group, prepare an outline of your presentation (5-10 minutes). This outline should encompass the information you intend to present on the slide and the additional information that you intend to cover. The outline (and presentation) should include:
– background on the topic;
– the research question;
– brief details on the experiment itself (overview of methods, and interesting/clever details;
– brief summary of results;
– application to current knowledge (how this relates to/augments what you already know about the A&P system/topic); and/or
– limitations of the study (what didn’t work, why the conclusions might be limited); and/or
– areas of future research that build on the conclusions from the current study.
