Title: Exploring Portrayals of Children and Ideologies in Children’s Literature

For this option, return to ideas around portrayals of children, assumptions about childhood and related ideologies in the block materials.
For example, you may return to discussions of portrayals of children in Unit/Chapter 1, discussions of assumptions about childhood in Unit/Chapter 3, representations of children in poetry in Unit/Chapter 6, the discussion of radical children’s literature in Unit/Chapter 7, or representations of gender and sexuality in picturebooks in Unit/Chapter 9.
I have attached all of my module books, all references must be taken from here where possible. Literary analysis into techniques used in the text must also be done.
