Title: Authentic Leadership Analysis: Leading with Purpose, Relationships, and Values

The assignment is comprised of 3 sections: Introduction, Analysis and Conclusion
Introduction: write a paragraph that tells the reader what this paper will cover (hint it is the 2 requirements as shown in the Analysis section.)
Your leadership analysis must cover the following: 
1.  Authentic Leadership Style
– Define the style’s purpose, and explain how the style supports or could support you in leading yourself and others 
2.  Authentic Leadership – Primary Characteristics 
Identify and define the five characteristics: purpose, relationship, self-discipline, heart,
and values
Explain how you demonstrate or plan to demonstrate these characteristics moving forward in leading yourself and others, provide an example for each characteristic (purpose, relationship, self-discipline, and heart).
Value Characteristic – identify four leadership values that best represent you as a leader and align with authentic leadership (Choose from Value Exercise.pdf) (focused on people/relationships) and how you plan to or model them in leading yourself and others.
Conclusion: write a paragraph that provides the highlights from each of the sections from your written response in your leadership profile part 1 analysis section that tells the reader overall the outcome for each section
