“The Influence of John Locke’s Jurisprudence on Western Thought and Institutions”

Each student will prepare a term paper, of a minimum of ten (10) pages, on
a topic encompassed by jurisprudence. 
Your term paper will be a book report on the essay of the given philosopher setting forth the philosophical views of that philosopher and how these views have influenced Western thought and instutions. You are to use as many sources/citations as you deem appropiate, and you are to provide your own views on the subject. This is the book : George C. Christie & Patrick H.
