THE COMPANY I CHOSE TO ANALYZE IS MICROSOFT. That is who we are analyzing and making asuggestions to. The class is a strategic management & policy class. 
Here are instructions: Students will consider a company they have an interest in (1) working at following graduation or (2) incorporating in the future. Students will analyze the company’s strategy and competitive positioning. This project requires considerable time commitment and must contain the following components:

Portfolio analysis (BCG Matrix or GE-McKinsey 9 cell)
Strategic Recommendations
New strategic alliances or joint ventures?
New markets, products, investments, divestments?
Portfolio adjustments?
References
A minimum of ten (10) professional references must be cited and referenced. The length of the report will vary, but a guideline is 15 double spaced pages (12-18 page range) – excluding the title page and references. The report must be a minimum of 3,000 words and in APA format.
