i need a letter explaining that i need to retake a class for the 4th time due to a family member being ill and how it destracted me during the semester making me fail the class and also memtion how i emailed the professer about retaking assignments due to a complication with the web browser. because i studied really hard and its would be very upsetting that i failed because of a family issue.
