Managing Stress: An Action Plan for a Healthier Mind and Body

Identify one issue within the mind, body, health literature that we have studied in this course and that needs improvement in your life.  Write a 3–5-page paper (double-spaced) that includes the following headings and information:
Context – Provided a background of the issue as it relates to your own life. Be brief and provide examples to provide context. (1-2 paragraphs)
Assessment summary – Cite and complete at least 3 assessments
Two formal – from textbook and sites .edu, .gov,
One informal – cites like yahoo, Cosmo, etc. (they can all be formal if you can find them.
After finding and taking three assessments, summarize the results. (1- 2 paragraphs)
Solutions and strategies – Provide a description of 3-4 strategies or recommended solutions to address this issue. Use at least 2 websites and one other source to gather information about the problem and its recommended solutions. Cite your sources.
Action plan – Propose an action plan or personal intervention to begin managing this issue. Include any relaxation techniques practiced in class. (1-2 paragraphs)
Reflection – Begin to apply at least on strategy in your action plan and reflect on the progress, usefulness, and impact on the problem. (2-3 paragraphs)
