MY LONG TERM: to have students do more suicides after 3 mins then what they did the first time in the beginning of the program assessment. then at the end of the cardio program you can test them again to see if they can do more suicides for 3 mins that what they did the first time PRE-ASSESSMENT: Suicides on a outside or indoor court & Track time of each students I sent an example of the project with CORRECTIONS from the teacher but with a different top which is swimming. Ive also sent another example from another student with the topic basketball. but that one has no correction. if you have a better sport thats easier feel free to consider and let me know
