Write what similarities and differences are present between the three documents. Then, as a healthcare professional, analyze if you think gun reform should take place on the federal or state level or if it should be a congruent (shared) power. For this assignment, you will need to draw from the United States Constitution to clearly understand how powers are separated, as found in Article I Section 8 Clause 18.
