The purpose of this journal is for you to define and explain what constitutes quality in a product or service, including internal and external customer service you have either been provided or provided to others.
When shopping for goods or services, what do you look for? 
How do you define good quality or excellent service? Your journal entry should address the following:
Define internal customer service, explaining how you personally provide excellent internal customer service to colleagues or have received the same, discussing how teamwork and time management play a role.
Define external customer service, providing an example of an organization you feel provides excellent external customer service and describing how the organization achieves such, including the importance of time management.
Make sure you include an examination of how social media and the Internet have impacted customer service.
Your journal should consist of a minimum of 3 well-constructed paragraphs. Sources used, if any,should be listed and cited in APA, but they are not required.
