The purpose of this assignment is to identify, define, and explain COMPSTAT. Identify the creator and where it was first implemented, as well as the results after implementation. Identify and discuss its major limitation. 
Read Chapters 14 and 15 in the text and submit a 1-2 page summary on the topic. Students are free to use external scholarly peer reviewed journal articles to explore this question but must cite the sources of information used in APA format.
