“Clearing My Record: A Request for Removal of Past Cases”

I got into some trouble back in 2002
I have to write a letter requesting that they remove the cases off of my record basically explaining I have not been in any trouble since then pleading my case as to why they should remove them also the statute limitation of time and the judge on the cases have retired.
