“Boosting Workday Success: Incorporating Healthy Habits into Your Daily Routine”

What are some good weekday habits to incorporate in your daily life to assist being successful at work?
Examples: Coffee/ caffeine, exercising regularly (I do spinning at Cycle bar and walk daily), short breaks throughout the day, listening to music, etc.
